Right of withdrawal & shipping

All orders are shipped promptly on weekdays. Orders received during the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Every order sent by QLEANTAB is climate compensated through our logistics partners.

QLEANTAB currently offers climate-compensated shipping to Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland through Budbee, DHL, Early Bird and Postnord. In Denmark, Bring Up Parcel is also available, as is Posti Postal Parcel in Finland. All subscription products are sent via Postnord.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If for some reason you are not, QLEANTAB offers a 30-day refund policy.

This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your products and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
